“Wok Hei” or the ‘Breath of The Wok’ refers to the unique taste that is imparted by searing and stir frying ingredients in a very hot wok. This extreme heat sears in the flavour of fresh vegetables and keeps our meats moist and tender.

Our West Coast roots have instilled in us our dedication to using locally sourced fresh produce and premium meats and seafood.
